Well there are a few good reasons for this. Firstly, Dudley
is one of Irelands' top clinical and command hypnotherapists.
He uses techniques such as Command Hypnosis, Ericksonian and

Many of you may be asking "Do Diets actually work for
people?" Well yes, that is until their willpower weakens and
then most, about 95% of men and women, actually end up
putting on more weight than they actually were before they
started their diet! When this happens to people they feel
really negative and guilty about themselves in many ways.
They feel they have failed once again, and this is true
because they are now heavier than before, they then resort
back to that old unwanted subconscious habit of overeating
or comfort eating. Hypnosis is by far the most enjoyable and
sensible way to lose weight and keep it off. It is non
invasive! Many people turn to liposuction, stomach stapling,
liquid replacement diets and pills that effect there nervous
systems to get their weight under control. Also, the costs
of these are very expensive!
Many people have tried and tried but they simply cannot
break free from cigarettes. They are as they would say
addicted to the nicotine; however other smokers who say they
are not addicted also find it very hard to break the habit.
Hypnosis is proven to be the most efficient, the fastest and
the easiest way to successfully free oneself from the life
threatening habit and addiction of cigarettes. Many people
try to use their own Will Power to rid themselves from
cigarettes. Only about 5% of them will succeed. The other
95% will fail because no matter how hard they try, they
always seem to go back to that cigarette. This is because
they are using the wrong tool for the job.
Hypnosis in sport is a great tool to have access too. It
gives you that natural added advantage without the use of
drugs. A person's success is determined by 2 things. Firstly
how physically prepared you are and secondly how mentally
prepared you are. There needs to be a balance between the

Fear and phobic reactions are intense reactions to a
specific stimulus or situation that most people do not
consider life threatening or dangerous. It is irrational.
The sufferer usually realizes it is irrational, but he or
she is unable to stop the feelings of anxiety or the
emotional responses. It is easy to label an uncomfortable
physical or mental sensation as anxiety or as a social
phobia. However, anxiety is not the same thing for
everybody; we all experience our personal challenges in our
own personal way. There are many different situations that
can trigger off your phobic reaction, fear or panic. When we
experience these we notice an increased heart rate,
sweating, butterfly stomach, heightened anxiety and so on.
These things are a set of highly adapted techniques designed
to ensure our survival when we are confronted by a dangerous
situation. Other symptoms are: An inability to relax,
Disturbed sleep, Fatigue, Headaches, Dizziness,
Irritability, Nervousness and a Lack of Control.
